Getting started
How do I get started with BLine?
Start your 14-day free trial, add your school details and your first pupils, and you can run your first lesson straight away. Setup only takes a few minutes.
Do I need to install any software?
Not right now — BLine runs in any web browser on your phone, tablet or computer, so you can sign in at blinedriving.co.uk and start straight away. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are on the way, and you’ll always be able to use BLine in the browser too.
Billing & subscription
What happens after the free trial?
After your 14-day free trial, BLine Solo is £12.99 a month. There’s no contract, and you can cancel any time — including before your first charge if it’s not for you.
How much does BLine cost?
BLine Solo is £12.99 a month with everything included, plus all future updates. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There’s no contract or tie-in. You can cancel whenever you like from your account settings and keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every account begins with a 14-day free trial, you can try BLine fully before paying anything. If you’ve been charged and something isn’t right, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Your pupils & parents
Do my pupils need to pay or set anything up?
No. Only you have a subscription — your pupils pay BLine nothing. They get an invite to their own free portal to follow their progress, and any lesson payments you take are handled securely through Stripe.
Can I move my existing pupils over?
Yes. Add your current pupils to BLine with their details and progress so everything lives in one place from day one.
Account & data
Is my and my pupils’ data safe?
Yes. Your data and your pupils’ data are stored securely, and all card payments are processed by Stripe — BLine never sees or stores full card details.
What if my school has more than one instructor?
BLine is built for independent, solo instructors — designed to do that one job brilliantly rather than be a stripped-back version of big multi-instructor software. If you run a larger school, get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Support
How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to reply to every ticket within one working day. You’ll get a confirmation the moment your ticket reaches us.
How do I report a problem with the app?
Open Help & Support in the app, or use the Submit a ticket page here on the website. Describe what happened, add a screenshot if you can, and we’ll help you get it fixed.
